Aline de Souza Cardoso

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Estácio de Sá College and Graduate degrees in Public Law and Civil Procedural Law. Employment lawyer, with more than ten years of professional experience in this field, expert in litigation and business advisory.

Responsible for the firm’s Employment Law area, acting in preventive consultancy for employers, in order to mitigate risks and reduce liabilities of companies, with extensive experience in defending companies in labor claims and participation in hearings.

Beatriz Fernandes Genaro

Lawyer, expert in Intellectual Property, certified by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Academy, as well as by the Federal University of Paraná and the Federal Fluminense Institute in Intellectual Property. Specializations in Industrial Property and Fashion Law. Member of the Technical and Scientific Committee of Sviluppo & Cooperazione Italia Brasile, of the Intellectual Property Commission of the National OAB and of the Fashion Law Commission of the OAB/RN. Coordinator of the Intellectual Property and Combating Piracy portfolio of the OAB/SP Fashion Law Commission.
